ORDERS

 

Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. Estimated delivery times for items are 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before this time frame, it will ship as soon as it is complete. Due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. You will be notified by email when your order ships. Shipping will only be delivered on business days. If weekend delivery is desired, please contact us as extra fees may apply. Orders placed during holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the assigned time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production takes longer than usual.

 

Please note that any items you see on the official Annati Jewellery Instagram or Facebook are available for purchase. If you cannot find something on our website, please contact us at info@annatijewellery.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Annati Jewellery currently has a list of countries that we ship outside of Europe. If you would like to make a purchase and do not see your country within that list, please contact us at info@annatijewellery.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, Annati Jewellery cannot accept any returns. We create every piece delicately and especially for you and therefore all sales are final. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from annatijewellery.com

 

SHIPPING, TAX & DUTIES

 

All shipping rates are already calculated within the asking price. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
